I saw a product, Vital Health Smart Ring, on line from Modern Lifestyle Shop. They sent me an email on Nov. 30th stating that my order had been shipped and I could track it. When I tried to track it, it was in Chinese and they could not give me a date I would receive it. I chatted with them and asked for a refund because the complaints on their company and products were very bad. They wanted me to fill out a form but I had to pay $5.00 in advance, which they say was refundable. I did not do that.

I filled out the order for a heater for $24.95. I got to checkout and they had charged me for 2 heaters and some other piece of equipment to go with it. I had entered my credit card but I did not complete the order by hitting the final order button because they overcharged me after changing my order to make it more expensive. So I closed and backed out. I did not complete the order.

The next day I got email as a receipt for what they charged me. I DID NOT ORDER.

i called to demand a refund and they said it could not be canceled even though I did not order it because it was at the center to be mailed. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one on at the time. I called back when the supervisor was supposed to be there and demanded to speak to him/her. I yelled that I did not complete any orders and NEVER ORDERED 2 Plus the remote. He told me to return it when it arrived. I demanded a supervisor and said I would report them to the ScamPulse.com if they did not refund my money. He then refunded my money.

The same day the credit card I used was hacked and money was spent on the card. I did not use the card anywhere else for several days back. The same day I got it canceled my credit card showed several charges for about $100.00. I think my card was hacked by them, an employee, or someone they sold my cc card number and other information to.

I ran a websearch of top rated dash cams and the link popped up for Vital Dash Cam as top rated. Once clicked, taken to what looks like a legitimate site to purchase. Filled out usual forms and sent an email saying the order was being packed. This is a delay tactic for payment to clear.

I purchased the Rotato Grip cellphone holder for $39.94 after seeing their advertisement on YouTube. They had a very slick commercial saying how this guy invented this product here in the States. While I did receive my order in about 1 week, the package was crushed, although the product seemed intact. The box, containing no instructions, simply said "Universal Clip Cellphone Holder." After a little investigating, I discovered that this EXACT same product is sold on Amazon for $7.89. So it appears this company buys the cheap generic holder, then they significantly upcharge their customers. I'm going to keep the product since it appears that it will work (hopefully).
Plus I'm afraid if I send it back (they don't tell you how to do that) I would never get my money back. I'll never buy another thing from them again. Hate scammers!

This was an on-line purchase based on a Youtube ad and was transferred to the company Website. After inputting my credit card information, the company continued to offer deals and told me not to close the website. I became suspicious and closed the website. Within 30 minutes my credit card company indicated a potential fraud. I noted that the cost of the "Rival Smart Watch" was posted twice to my account. I was able to stop the fraud with the help of my credit card company, but I kept receiving emails from [email protected] stating that the product had been shipped. To my surprise, a box containing the Rival Smart Watch was received March 1, 2024. Everything looked legitimate. I checked BBB.org and saw that a similar scam report had been filled December 2022, which indicated that the watch was not received and no funds ($94) were returned.

Three different company names, can’t locate order online, product packaging has no reference to the name “Bio Band Watch” or any other name in the emails I received, and instructions were in Chinese or Japanese. Paypal charges were taken from “Margin Holdings”. I researched the company online for review and found this, among others: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.marginholdingslimitedonline.com

I was looking for comparison reviews on bone conductive headphones, and I thought that the reviews and web page for Inductivv headphones was legit. The Web page claimed to be the official site for Inductivv. The 50% discounted price appealed to me since I had never used this technology before. There page kept trying to upsell me on extra chargers and additional sets of headphones, but I kept declining. It was only after I made my purchase that it was revealed that I had purchased my headphones from a place called Modern Lifestyle Shop. I used a debit card from *****, my stock purchasing account. The posted charge was from LIFEDIRECTIONBASICS.CO 888-3913129 FL USA. I did not receive Inductivv brand headphones (if they even actually exist). Instead I received Openear Duet headphones and the contact info on the box was in Chinese. They sounded tinny, like a cheap transistor radio. I have contacted [email protected] twice now and have not received a response. In my email, I said that I had been sent the wrong headphones and that I would like the ones I ordered along with a return label for the ones I had received. I'm glad that I didn't get upsold or use my bank debit card to buy these.

I placed an order with this company, paid for the product. I was given an order number. Aftewards I recived no shipping information from them so I e--mailed them, Yahoo told me the e-mail would not go through, I went to my bank and I the teller was able to give me the company's phone number, I called and was told my order would arrive in 4 -5 days and I would get an email and soon as we hung up. I did not get an e-mail, or receive my product.
