have been back and forth with the company Modishin.shop since December 2024. My original order was placed November, 16th, 2024. I am happy to provide the order # if needed. On 12/2/24 I began an email thread noting my order was never received. I was emailing with Good Explicit: [email protected]. They said my order was lost on 12/8/24 after telling me to check my mailbox, around my home, and my neighbors. After telling them my package was not in any of those places, they said they'd check their side of things on shipping On 12/10/24, after reporting my order as "lost", [email protected] offered to resend my order. I recived an email from [email protected] on 12/18/24 informing me my ordered was shipped. I received an email from modishin.shop that my order was shipped on 1/6/2025. Originally I never received a confirmation of shipment or delivery for that matter. Still I have never received received my order.

I just emailed [email protected] again with exact dates of emails and screenshots of tracking numbers that never worked after the modisihin.shop reported the order as "delivered".

Another address in the bottom of my order confirmation email is: [email protected]. i included this email today to the company.

I requested a full refund from the conpany. I will also notify paypal.

Clicked on the business link on Facebook I looked the business up on Who is and this website name was just registered this year in September. They made it seem like product was coming from China however the name is registered in Arizona. I couldn’t find much on the company.
