Scammer listed a vehicle with minor damages ( quarter panel ) when, after investigation, it was found to have been written off as salvage. The safety certificate was touched up from “fail/ unsafe” to “pass”. Listed the vehicle on kijiji with safety but the document never came through until a day after the deal. Lied! Odd parts were found to have been married together to make the vehicle run. Forged sellers signature.
