Under the guise of Macy’s going out of business, and trying to clear their shelves of excess beauty products, consumers could be mailed expensive beauty products for just paying the cost of shipping. After product came, it wasn’t a name brand I had ever heard of before. Then my credit card came with a fee for a beauty product that I had not remembered buying. Upon calling the phone # listed on the credit card statement, I was told that I am enrolled in a monthly program. What? I said I would return the product unopened. I was told I would only be given $60 credit to my account, not the $98.22 charged to my account. What? Plus if I sent back the product, they would charge me a $19 restocking fee, so the $60 credit will now only be $34. Their math not mine. I called my credit card. I am fighting it.
