NO One to Call or Contact to get a refund for my $50

I made a purchase on this website and they keep saying that they have sent my "order" but avoid telling me my shipping number, or any sort of confirmation of the order. Its been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order and there has still been no confirmation of shipment.
