I had a scammer take $5k from my Bank of America disability account and file a claim using my information and stole the money another time. I filed a claim for these 2 times and they stole it again. Recently I found out they also took out a phone under my phone # with assurant insurance co. and used my ATM Card to pay for it (not sure how). No other transactions have been charged using my ATM. They had the phone shipped to my home & picked it up at my residence. I filed a claim with Assurant but they're denying my claim as fraud and saying i filed the claim because the phone my current phone IMEI number matches the system for the phone shipped in Nov 2022 (fraud claim). I'm not sure how this is possible, I believe Assurant is lying and T-Mobile is also not assuming any responsibility for the data breach that happened in 2021 and I've had to pay $382 to T-Mobile since an old phone was not returned to them.
