Andrea Thomas posted a post on facebook about a photography special for her birthday for $50 through Moments in time Photography. She said the first to respond was the winner. My mother was told she was the first to respond and won the pictures for me. We were told that $50 was get us the photoshoot and the pictures on a printed cd. I talked to Andrea on the phone and we set up a meeting at my house to sign a contract and talk about locations of the pictures. She came to my house with who she said was her father and we sat down and talked about pricing and she was charged me $90 plus tax for the pictures because I wanted two locations. She read me the contract and I signed it and gave her the money and she also gave me a signed receipt. We had scheduled the pictures for Monday the 11th but she rescheduled for the next day on Tuesday the 12th due to health issues. When Tuesday came, my boyfriend and I went to the location about 20 minutes early and waited for her because we were supposed to meet at 1pm and she never showed up. We tried calling her but she blocked our calls and then changed her voicemail. Then a couple days later there was a news story on kwsn about a couple who got scammed by the same lady.
