This was listed on facebook. They display the walmart logo and claim that they are having a flash sale on light weight folding scooters for older adults for $38.95 but when you pay the money, a couple months later some silly little dollar store necklace or something comes with no return address or any thing being said. Even though they claim affiliation with walmart it's their web page that comes up.
