The purchase was made through an App which houses many storefronts of legitimate retailers (Shop- from Shopify) ... the scam store- Zarets- mimmicked an existing retailer/product (Momofuku noodles) and so you think you are buying a legitimate item, when in fact it is a front and a scam. They use the app to process your payment, take your money from your Credit card, send you an ''order number'' but you never hear from them again. No tracking information, no product.
