I ordered a table I never got it what's goin on

REPORTED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT THE RIGHT ORDER

I ordered PE rattan furniture-dining-tables and chairs for $29.99 plus express shipping of $8. I kept waiting, but I saw a dying plant in my porch and ignore it coz I thought my kids just throw that in my front porch. But when I checked montdreamy about my package, it says delivered. I checked USPS it says delivered. And I checked the date of the delivery and the date I saw the plant on my porch, and I realized that I scammed! I asked for the refund and this is what I got...

IF YOU ORDERED FURNITURE OR ANY ORDER, THEY WILL DELIVER YOU SOMETHING SO THAT IT SHOWS TO USPS THEY DELIVER IT TO YOUR HOUSE, BUT IN REALITY IT IS NOT YOUR ORDER! I DID NOT GET MY REFUND COZ I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE! I WANT CHEAP FURNITURE AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT! BETTER GO TO WALMART, HOME DEPOT OR ODER IT IN AMAZON OR ANY COMPANY THAT IS LEGIT NOT THIS MADE IN CHINA MONDREAMY.COM.

I ordered PE rattan furniture-dining-tables and chairs from this company. I paid $38.98. I notified them to cancel the order since it had been over 10 days. I asked them to return my money. Today, I get a package in the mail from this company, no packing list. A card with return/refund policy, states the product is non-returnable. The item I got in the package is a laptop stand. States that they will refund after received (within 3 working days). The only way to get it back in that time frame is to overnight it, would cost me as much or more than I spent. Companies like this need to be shut down.
