made on my virtual debit card with Moneylion in the amount
of $1188. As going through my declines, I noticed there was
an attempt made at 9 am. It declined the 1st transaction
because my card was locked. I called immediately. The next
5 days were the worst expirence dealing with their
customer service. The 5th day, yesterday, June 24th, I
received an email from Rebecca M. Customer Advocate at
MoneyLion Customer Advocacy. She filed a transaction
dispute on my behalf. Mind you, this took almost 1 week to
even start this process. The 6th day, today, June 25th at
8:24 pm, I received a generic email stating that My case had been thoroughly investigated and they found no error occurred and that this was an authorized transaction and I will not be credited my money back. This decision was made on less then 24 hours.
I'm a single mother to 3 children and work a full time job.
I completely lost my entire check and have been without since this occurred
