I found the add on website recycler.com sailing dachshund puppies . We have started the emailing to each other about getting the puppy . The arrangement was that I’m sending the the deposit 400$ and the dog would be delivered on Saturday 05/8/21. It was not delivered at this day more then that the delivery company (international action pet travel agency ) called me and asked for 850$ for life insurance of puppy on the promised day delivery . This fact was never told me before . The dog is not delivered , and my deposit 400$ that I sent is gone .

They don’t answer my phone calls or emails .
