contacted by email after 30 days, email received my shipment was shipped, allow 8 to 15 days do to delays, rechecked tracking DHL, nothing received, checked USPS tracking stated still waiting on the shipper to deliver items to ship. Never changed. 1-309-598-0423 same address

Same here order the military mask, all tracking numbers with DHL and USPS come back as never received from shipper. reporting loss to credit card company.

We attempted to purchase face mask from this company during this Covid-19 period on May 1, 2020. They sent a DHL link that it was delivered but per DHL it is not a valid tracking number. We have emailed the company numerous times and it wasn't until we told them that we were going to report them and request a refund from our credit card that they replied "item shipped". It still has not been shipped per DHL and additional contact can not be made with Monki Designs. We have tried calling the number they gave but it says it is an incorrect number. There are several other people on Facebook that have had the same problem with this company.
