I'm a customer who is dealing with an auto repair scam. I received Improper Diagnosis and I have an agreement with easypay to pay for services that were not received. I brought my car to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers to receive services on 06/17/23. The mechanics did not service my car and over charged me for services not received. When trying to dispute this matter, they refuse to fix my car. I'm paying for my breaks and other services. My breaks aren't working and my lights are cutting on and off. I have been unsuccessful with this dispute. Management refused to communicate effectively and law enforcement was called.
