Back in November of 2021 we purchased tickets for a rain or shine monster truck show and it was rained out and rescheduled for April. However the date given of April 9, 2022 was never rescheduled with the Saint Helens fair ground like they claimed. The fair ground told us that this was never rescheduled as they claimed and the Monster Truckz pulled a no show without reaching out to any patrons to this show. Which included two shows Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That means everyone who paid for the show waisted time for the drive and fuel cost for the drive only to be told that it was not happening. Today we were finally able to reach someone and we were told that we will be getting a refund in 3-10 days, but we are still out the service fee from making the purchase. The fliers for this were even handed out at public schools for the buy an adult ticket get a kid in free. Along with advertising on Facebook.
