Scam

I ordered from this company $39 worth of cuttings and received Fed ex number. It was supposedly delivered but to wrong address and state. Contacted them via email and was told I would receive my product with something extra for my inconvenience. Never received it and they are not responding to my emails. Be aware of scam!

I purchased an order after seeing an Instagram ad, was given a Shop tracking interface with a FedEx link. I only realized this must be a scam when the tracking link showed the package delivered, but the package it was tracking was delivered to a completely different state and the package was almost 100 lbs. while my order from Monstera World was a few small plant cuttings and seeds.

Hi! So, I ordered a live plant cutting from the monstera world website. It was first delivered to the wrong address and I got my refund back because I made my payment via paypal and then my mother in law also ordered and hers was also delivered to the wrong address and never got refund back and I tried again to order and it was delivered again to the wrong address.
