I received a call from a local number, and upon answering it, was asked for my wife. I stated I was her husband, and they informed me that my wife's vacation package had expired, and they wanted to give a one time offer to renew it. they started with the cost of 1020, with the original two trips she was entitled to, and end up badgering me down to 598 for 6 trips. They kept finding coupons they could apply to the rate to better it, and showed me supposedly good reviews on their website. After finally giving my info, which was taken twice. Over the course of the call, I spoke with four different individuals. I was supposed to receive the terms of the agreement in an email before being charged, and I still have not received that. what I did receive was a digital catalog of their properties, and a vacation details email that differs greatly from what was sold on the phone. I attempted to call and book one of these hotels, and that's when the extra fees came out of the wood work. They wanted a deposit for the room, a white glove cleaning fee, resort fee, nightly taxes, vacation insurance, and for me to sit through a 90 minute presentation. It was at this point, I looked the company up at the BBB, and found they have a history of tricking people.
