Purchased a bag from their website on 12/16/22. Received shipment confirmation on 12/19/22. Bag never arrived. Emailed company 1/21/23. Received communication from company working with their shipping warehouse to send bag. 2/16/23 Never received bag still and company has not issued a refund.
