After the order was complete there was photos of other merchandise you could purchase so I purchased a pillow and a pair of compression gloves. After a month of waiting I received the knee brace. I emailed this company asking where my other items were and when they will be delivered. I waited for a reply email for a week. When they emailed me back they said I didnt order anything else from them so I emailed them back with their confirmation email and the order numbers of the other items I had ordered from them. Again no response for almost a week. Finally they responded with "we ran out of the pillows due to the blizzard that struck Texas and dont know when we will be getting more in." Other emails gave me the run around trying to convince me to take an in store credit. Then they emailed me saying they are trying to refund me for the items I ordered back in January it's now the end of March. I just received a email after waiting again another week that said due to logistic issues we cant send out your product and we have been trying to send you a refund but your bank wont accept it. They told me to call my bank and dispute my c order. It's been over 60 days my bank wont dispute an account that old. So now what do I do??
