Online store supposedly selling items with supposedly high quality with refund policy clearly stating full refund within 35 days of purchase. Support person states that the item they sent was not defective in size or quality with 7 pictures that I sent with item falling apart and clearly not legitimate as stated online prior to purchase. After I sent further follow up asking for full refund to support email no answer and no follow up. I attempted to reach out via their chat line and no answer. This is an illegitimate store from Vietnam posing to have handmade quality items at high prices made from lower quality than I could get at the dollar store! This was a Christmas gift to our son and he is very disappointed being an 8 year old in quality of sweatshirt-Golden State Warriors Curry 30 - blue and gold.
