I purchased a Moonpod bean bag for my daughters via this website as they had a Google ad promoting 70% off. The website states you will receive a confirmation number via email shortly after purchase but we never received one. The transaction went through 12 days ago and we still haven’t received anything. I attempted contacting the vendor via their website and via the email address tied to their PayPal address as did my wife, no response. Unfortunately I think we will just have to eat it as PayPal denied our dispute and we can’t get a hold of the vendor. Business is named Moonpod Outlet Store, sometimes the web address shows as www.moonpodoutlet.store, other times as www.bean-bagsale.com.
