to move to a new home in 6-8 months and the installer told us that
they will move the system for free the first time because they'd rather
know it was moved and installed properly than to lose or have the
equipment damaged. Fast forward to June 1st, after weeks of notifying
them that we would need it moved, they tell us it will cost $100 for the 1st 30 min
and $25 for every 15 minutes after. We have been debating with them for over
2 months now, reported them to the financial company that holds our loan, and
today the GM calls to let us know that they will do a 50% discount with a 500 dollar
deposit. After reading many reviews and seeing that other people are experiencing
the exact same problems with them, I felt it to be scandalous in nature. False
promotion at the least. Please investigate further into the practices of this business.
