I went on Moppify.com to book a cleaning service. I paid for cleaning of my 1-bedroom apartment including fridge cleaning service.

I got a confirmation email from Moppify that the cleaning would be done. Got home and nothing had been touched.

I called their number severally, and everytime it goes straight to an answering machine that says No one is available to take the call.

I emailed them to request a refund and got no response.

I started looking around to see if other people had thesame experience and it appears this is a recurring issue. They take your money and never show up to clean, never respond to your emails or take your calls so you can't get a refund.
