A set of the bond touch bracelets for 29$ ordered end of December says it’s been out for delivery and never received anything and money is gone

This place doesn't respond to emails. The tracking is bogus. Reddit has a post of people who got cheap string bracelets with magnets, not anything that operates with an app, like the advert claimed. I even emailed them. Got my credit card company involved now, should win since they don't respond to emails! Including a pic of what my kid ordered off Snap Chat.
They got my teen with this scam

I had ordered off of the site , it was a normal site were I could order multiple things like bracelets and all kinds of other things , and at first I couldn’t figure out how to track my package so I reached out too , support@blondcloud and they reached back out , gave me my shipping number .. and asked if it was a scam.. they gave me the tracking number . “**********************” which doesn’t work on any other track sites but they gave me this site called https://jewelshipping.com/ or https://cjpacket.com/ , neither sites tell me a tracking date , or when my package would arrive , just these small jewelery shipping sites. Now I can’t get the people to email me back , the name under the email is ****** ********. My package has been out for delivery for 3 days now .. and the site doesn’t allow me too look at nothing else like the site has been shut off.

My son ordered two bracletts for his girlfriend and himself for a gift. It was around $40. He used his cell number to receive a confirmation. He never received the confirmation and when I reach out to the company (three times) I never can get a response. I am charging back to the company from my bank. Lesson Learned.

Saw pens I’ve been wanting in an add on Facebook. I placed order, have never received the item and when I’ve reached out to get info they tell me to refer to the email with tracking information. I haven’t received an email with any information

I was on tiktok and I saw an advertisement for a Bracelet for a bond bracelet a well known brand so I said oh cool its on sale. I ended up completing the purchase the entire time its showing pictures of the correct product then they switch it out for something completely different and cheap. I have pictures of everything.
