This company was selling jewelry type items that I saw advertised. I ordered a brooch/pin which cost me $23.76 total. I did not receive the item so after a few weeks I used the tracking link they gave me, which showed me that the package was delivered to Reno, NV, but I live in Stillwater, MN. The tracking link was simple, all it showed me was that the item "was delivered" to Reno NV. Naturally, confused, I emailed them and told them that I did not get the item and that the tracking site says they delivered the package to a wrong house in a wrong state. I made a few email attempts and the only response I received was "your package was delivered". Finally I emailed them with explanation, again, that I do not live in Reno NV, I did not get the item I ordered and that I wanted a full refund for the item I never received. To this I received the following reply with a new/different tracking link than the previous link and this link gives more details -

Subject: Re: Re: Order Confirm

Thank you for contacting us.

Your tracking number is: 420550829400136202043077195034

When I checked out this new link I see this -

"Your package was delivered successfully to the addressee.

I never refused this order because it was never at my house, we have security cameras and there was no person at my house on the date is says the package was refused. Furthermore, even if were refused, why would it then be shipped to Reno NV? Also, I would still be entitled to a refund.
