I was trying to order a heated desk pad as a gift. There are many products available online but many seem questionable and I was concerned about a shoddy product posing a fire risk. I chose to order from this website because it seemed like a legit business and I thought they might verify their products.

After ordering I did not receive any information for an extended period. I reached out to the seller after a month and was eventually given a shipping notification. After the product arrived it was non-functional. I reached out to the seller and received no response. I posted a review on the seller's website but it does not display. I am filling out this form in the interest of alerting other customers not to order from this company.
