I was searching for beds to purchase. I seen a post on Facebook marketplace where Sade Cheatham was selling beds for $350. I messaged her asking if the beds were still available and if she will deliver to Montgomery, AL. She replied back that they do deliver to Montgomery, Alabama for an extra charge of $35. I said I will purchase 2 beds so she said I will have to pay half of the total before delivery so I did which was $367.50 with Facebook pay through messenger. Soon after she took the add off Facebook marketplace and she would answer back when I asked when she will go to deliver. She blocked me from her personal Facebook page and never returned my money nor delivered any beds. She has a Facebook page where she has advertised that she is an interior decorator and if anyone is interested they should message her. I contacted Facebook and they said they can’t refund my money because they’re refund policy does not apply to payments made through messenger and they also never took her personal account down.
