Are both fake law office websites that are attempting to scam people. They initiate a phone call and claim to be from the “State/County” that their intended victim lives in. They claim a legal action has been initiated and you will be served with a wage garnishment at your place of employment. But you can stop this if you call the “law firm”. And they give you the names listed above.

They list as their address other law firms. But when you call the actual law firm at the address listed they claim to have no knowledge of these bogus firms. Obviously the scammers hope when someone googles the address they’ll just see a building that said “Law Firm”. When “Morgan Miller & associates” was confronted by the actual firm at the address they list they updated their address to that of a local “Golden Corral” restaurant.
Saunders & Edward lists their address as 701 Brookfield Parkway Greenville SC.
However when I contacted the management company of this corporate Park they claim there was no such business on their site.
If you do some digging it’s not hard to find out that these entities are attempting to scam people using your services.

I just got out of surgery, and dealing with this, so yes I panicked, normally I would not. Called a debt collection attorney, they said it was most likely fraud and to dismiss it.
I went looking on the internet, and address did indeed pull up a law office, but NOT THEM! I called law office listed at the reference address, and they have been getting several calls about them, but because they notified the fraudulent people, the address changed, now shows a Golden Corral as their office!
These people just want you to pay for past debts owed or paid off, but they will have all you information so do t be surprised by that fact!
The law office was originally the address on webpage, one in the web page was updated today 4/20/22.

Was told to expect legal documents pertaining to a claim against me to be delivered via courier. Said if I had questions to call “MORGAN MILLER & Associates”. Looked both #’s up no hit. Then yesterday a website popped up and a Whois search determined it was created last week. Tons of misspellings and ludicrous claims- my personal favorite was- “$210 Million Settlement Stops Toxic Dumping

The address they have on file is a real law firm in SC. I called and the woman who worked there for YEARS never heard of them!
Scam.
Called me from 319-373-3737 and gave me 1-866-429-2324
He said he was from South Carolina and the lady name is Amanda who was handling my case. I was asking what was this about and she was rushing trying to get me off the phone. So I called her back and the number went to Miller Eye care center I asked who was this and the lady said Miller Eye Care center I hung up called the toll free number and he told me he didn't know why the number would have changed and to call it back I did and it went right back to the Eye care center. So I looked up the number and it was indeed an Eye care center
Type of a scam Phishing
Someone called me portraying themselves as a law office telling me that I had an outstanding debt with a loan office that I used in 2016.
I knew that I had paid it in full however they had a lot of information about my life during those years which made me question if I had paid the loan or not.
They then proceeded to tell me that I was going to be given served papers on Thursday delivered to my house and the crimes against me were fraud and Federal banking regulation laws that I "supposedly broke"
They portrayed themselves as Morgan Miller and associates.
Please be cautious of phishing..its utterly disgusting how good they are at this and getting you to believe them.
Just wanted to share my story and hopes that I can help someone else if they find themselves in this position
