Type of a scam Online Purchase
When I asked my partner about the incredible amount of calls coming from Mexico, he said this person Fredy Peña Sosa told him that he is representing several clients and that through the class action lawsuit, we would be awarded a large amount of money "in the six figures."
I called the +1 (833) 968-3305 number this morning. At first a lady answered and when I asked her what business I was calling, she hung up. I called back a bit later and asked her again and she said that is was Morgan Law Firm. I asked to speak with an attorney and she transferred me to Fredy Peña Sosa. I asked him why there wasn't a single attorney listed on their website and he said to keep his clients safe. I told him he was a fraud and wasn't an attorney. I looked up his name and "license number" and it doesn't exist. He told me he was just trying to help people.
I am very thankful I intervened when I did. I am certain he was getting close to telling my partner his funds were ready to be transferred. As far as I know all my partner shared with him at this point is his drivers license.
Their website shows they have represented Pepsi, Cheetos, Pfizer and many other well-known companies. They are using their logos on their websites and I doubt they have given this company rights to use them.
I am saddened to think how much money this person has stolen from innocent people. I would love to see them held accountable. Please let me know if there is somewhere else I can report them to.
