I placed an order on the Morningim website in December 2025 for a vintage heart bracelet. Order # 1225884447. I never reviewed the item. I have emailed their customer service at [email protected] about 10 times requesting a refund but have not received it. They answer my request but have not sent the item or refund. I lost $70.87.
