Lyn Anderson represent herself with this company. Told me that she could do a commerical loan for this company. She sent out an application and requested documents. When she started to ask for 60K fee upfront. I got suspicious. I begin to research the preapproval letter - the broker had no license number on the letter and the name was misspelled on the letter. The main number was also missing. When I checked with NMLS I showed that the company was closed and this Bryant had no license. I called serval tenants in the building and the verify that there is NO suite 156. I tried to call the number listed for an entire day an no answer. No one ever responds to the email online. Called Lyn Anderson back about this and she started to make excuses. Very smooth with her answers. Asked her to give me the contact to the mortgage company that issued the letter and she said she could not do that. Her contact is 804-413-1755 When I looked her info up - She is a life coach for VA -https://www.coachlyn.com/ - I was able to retain my funds - but thought about others and said I better put this information out. I received text messages and phone calls from her from this number about the mortgage deal.
