Purchase a shirt from them and it was not what it appeared and took forever to get to me. Asked for a refund and they stated they would only give me 20% back and I can keep the item since it has to go back to China. I refused and then they offered me 30% and keep the item. I then asked to send it back myself for a full refund and they gave me a China address, which would cost $200 to return. I asked for an US address and they refused and remained with the 30% refund and keep the item. It also took them several days to reply to any of my emails. There website clearly states "easy returns" as long as it is not swimwear, my return has been a hassle, frustrating and unethical!!! This scam MUST be stopped!

I purchased sandals labeled on the site as the name brand “Original Saltwater Sandals”. Photos on the site were the name brand. I received a pair of plastic shoes from China in a plastic bag. I reported and sent photos to the site and they claim they are the original and I only get 25% back or pay to ship them back to China. They are falsely advertising the sale of a name brand product.

made a purchase to this company on Oct. 11, 2019. After I purchased online my
bank fraud company called and reported the company was likely a scam and fraud
company. I made the purchase through
***. I emailed the company to cancel
the purchase. They have only responded
with a form letter stating a cancellation must be made within 24 hrs. I emailed
back the order number with the request for cancellation. I called *** to
request a hold on the transaction through their resolution center. they have
denied the cancellation 3 times through ***. I am requesting my third appeal.
I have not heard from Mostata and they can only be contacted by email.
*** is only responding to the sellers message and will not tell me the
sellers reasons for no communication or response to my cancellation. I am out $112.18 and ***l has not been helpful at all.
The reviews and the reports the ScamPulse.com has about the scamming of this company are
all online. I gave *** the name of the online sites to prove this company is
a scam. I am therefore going to make a ScamPulse.com report against***
also. To this day I have not received
