Ordered a MOSTPLUS Quad 4- fold Truck Bed Tonneau Cover for my F150 Truck on March 14, 2023 through Amazon. When receiving the item it was not able to be unfolded and noticed it had been sent to an individual before myself as a slip of paper was inside the box. I tried to contact the company. The telephone number was going to Medicare, The email sent a reply saying that they were the administrator of the email. I contacted Amazon on 3/20/23. They are supposed to be investigating. I also called the credit card company which has the account on hold. Have not heard back as of yet.
