So after almost 2 months, I finally got my leggings. You cant track your order because it says the store is closed. My leggings dont even fit, so I tried to contact them. Nothing.

Seen ad on Facebook purchased 5 pair and paid fir vip shipping that was early march the tracking number they send is fake and then when they send email that its shipped tracking says store is closed. Plus i told my daughter about it and her order is the same way

I ordered a pair of leggings as well and I have emailed Them before they were shipped and got a reply as soon as I got an email saying they were shipped I went to track it in a says the store is closed! I like a refund to.

I wish I had researched this company further before I ordered leggings from them as well. I've had the exact same experience as the rest of you. I emailed to see when the leggings would be shipped, a few days later I received an email saying that my package had shipped and when I went to check the tracking #, etc. I received an error message that the store was temporarily closed! Grr!

OK I thought I was the only one that had a problem with this company is well spent about $46 on some leggings and they never sent them to me and then on top of that the website disappear I’m trying to get my money back because I pay through PayPal but I’m being told it’s going to take up to a whole Nother month?? I did email them asking for a refund they told me to wait two days it’s been well over two days I got no refund and I didn’t think it was kind of weird that instead of being email from the side itself I was emailed by other people two different people

I just recently spent 40$ on leggings. I sent email asking about shipment. Recieved a message from them stating that I just needed to be patient and that it would only take a fee days. I waited a few days and then sent an email asking if I could just get a refund. They sent me an email back stating shipment approved, with a tracking number but unknown courier. When I click on track package it sends me to an error page that says "Sorry! This shop is currently unavailable." I paid with my debit/credit card. I'm pissed.

My wife ordered from this 'brand' and never got any tracking number until we reached out to ask. It appears that they use false tracking numbers to get away with not sending a product on paypal. Whenever you have this happen you should ask for proof that the product was mailed to your specific physical address, not just your city. Additionally request that they contact the postmaster and conduct an investigation on where the missing package is. This scam is vile and unacceptable.
According to paypal the brand/ company is called 'The store.'

Did you by chance pay with PayPal? If you did you can open a dispute it takes a while but you should be able to get your money back. If they sent you an actual tracking number for USPS you can call the post office and give them the tracking number they can look into it for you. If they do definitely ask them if the shipping address is for your house because the one they sent to me was not for my address I had the post office send me proof of that so now I'm just waiting for PayPal to refund the money to me. *borrowed from someone else who had the same experience.
