I purchased a product from this website and requested a refund less than 24 hours later. Per their policy I should have received a full refund. After emailing them repeatedly, I got an email from the above email address asking why I wanted a refund. I told them I no longer needed the product and would like my full refund. I got numerous other emails asking for a reason, along with automated emails stating “shipping is delayed due to COVID." I then asked again for my refund and they have stopped communication about the product. After I send a follow up email for the 6th time asking for my refund, I promptly got an email back stating my product was shipped. I have yet to see my refund that I asked for and communication has stopped after numerous attempts.
