Online Retailer Scam

I ordered a birthday outfit from Motion Lovers Apparel on 10/24/2024 which I never received. I was told my order would be expedited if I paid extra but once I confirmed, they never responded back. At the ending of November, I emailed them again, stating my order was never received, nor shipped out as I never received a shipment email. I also have the Shop app that has real time delivery updates for most online orders. Motion Lovers Apparel order did make it to my account on that site so it was being tracked and the app never updated that order status to “shipped” which was my main evidence because all other online orders I made from other sites had MULTIPLE delivery updates until the delivery was complete. Not Motion Lovers though. They emailed me back saying I could expect my item in the next week or so which was $99.00, by the way and it was my last bit of money at the time. When I stated I’d kindly contact ScamPulse.com to help since they couldn’t, they assured me I’d receive my order. Here I am a month later, a few days from Christmas, with no email of my order being shipped, nor delayed, no recent emails since November, no update on the Shop app tracker, no tracksuit that I ordered, and $99.00 i no longer have. Do not order from this site the communication is horrible and they only respond to hold off the time it takes you to report them in hopes that you forget or get too lazy. I hope all the effort I put into this report makes a difference towards this site or SCAM
