received a letter in the mail stating that the factory warranty on my 2023 vehicle had expired and that I would be "financially liable for all repairs". Warranty has NOT expired on my newly purchased vehicle. High pressure to call within 5 days to "ensure eligibility". Fine print states "all services are through Evercare Direct".
