I had an interview on March 18th, 2019 with a company called "Motorsport Network" for the position of Junior Graphic Designer. The interview was through Google Hangouts. The Coordinator and Recuiter at Motorsport Network was Zoe Schafer and she conducted the job interview with me in this platform. They offered the job right after and I accepted the interview. Then, they sent me a check to get the materials I needed to set up a mini-office at my home. That check was $6,827.36. I deposited the check to my bank account and when the check cleared the next day (March 27th), I bought the materials with the most of the money ($6700) on the account. I sent this amount to a Bank of America account. This account name was Daimler Inc. and their account number was 226005183683. On Thursday March 28th, I found out that the check was fraudulent because Wells Fargo returned the check. I sat with a banker and they tried to cancel the purchase made with the "funds" from the fraudulent check but it was too late for them to do anything. So, now my Wells Fargo account amount is -$6,687.35. I owe the bank and if I don't pay them off in the next 30 days, they will close my account and then I could never have an account with them again.
