I did use the only chat on the website and spoke with someone who responded fairly quickly, he seemed very informative and knowledgeable. I almost fell for this website, I even used a few website checkers and they all said the website was okay, but the website domain is only 2 months old. That's when I decided to call bbb, they also did not have an LLC or registered as a business. I ended my investigation by googling the address on the website, it belongs to TGI Fridays! Stay safe.
