I ordered 3 sweatshirts and 2 t shirts. My order was 101.56. I was trying to see when my order might arrive and the search led me here. so now i guess i have been scammed. So frustrating. I wish there was a way for a scam company to be removed...

This is a fraudulent company. My daughter ordered 3 shirts that were damaged and the wrong size. We emailed 3 times for a refund with no response. Now we have 3 awful shirts we can’t use or wear and lost our money from this company.

Just spent $118 on sweatshirts for their big going out of business sale. Since I placed the order about last week, I’ve heard nothing. Reached out with questions regarding shipping, still nothing. Messaged on Facebook, still nothing. Called the number on their Facebook page, bad number. Saw their add on Instagram, someone commented it was a scam and looked up reviews and came here. Does anyone know a way I can get my money back? Has anyone actually received a product from this company?

I ordered 3 items and only received two of them. They won't reply to my emails and no phone number. This company is a complete scam. After reading more reviews it is clear this a regular practice for them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I spent $60 on an assortment of tshirts and of course they took my money.. I never received what I purchased and I have tried multiple times to contact them via email and Facebook messenger and nothing... it’s horrible.

Ordered 3 T-Shirts as I saw their "going-out-of-business" sale on Facebook. Never received them, despite several emails to the company, to which I received no reply.
And as someone above wrote, they aren't going out of business at all.
Now I have to go check my credit card statement.

Mountain Selection is not a legitimate company, they're scammers who stole $24 from me.

Like most people here, I saw their ads over and over again on Facebook and when they announced that they were closing their collection in a day, I went ahead and purchased the compass shirt. Below images are what they advertised vs what I got. Also, they didn't close their collection. They're still selling these t-shirts here:

I lost $24 and they have my credit card number. They disabled the reviews on their Facebook page. I think people should get together and file a lawsuit.

Bought shirts. Unlike many unlucky people they actually showed up. However, they are terrible quality shirts. They're the thick Gildean Walmart shirts and the printing peels off the shirt. Nothing like their ads. I cannot contact the company. Any negative posts on their Facebook ads are removed immediately.

A few days ago my credit card number was stolen and I really wonder if this scam company retaliated.

They have multiple other T-shirt design scams. All with similar websites, ads about "closing our collection!" And fake followers on Facebook. Buyer beware...

I needed to return a couple shirts that didn't fit. They never answered any of my emails. I couldn't find a phone # for them. I just sent the shirts back to the return address (1322 Bushwick Ave, Brooklyn). They never refunded me or offered me an exchange. I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

I ordered from Mountain Selection last month and not only haven’t received anything, I didn’t get a shipping confirmation yet. I hope my order was correctly placed because the amount was withdrawn from my bank account. It’s a scam and I don’t know how to get my money back. I have written two emails to their customer service, their Facebook page and on their advertisement and haven’t heard a word back. I’m very frustrated and literally never trusting Facebook advertisements ever again.

Mountain Selection is a company that is advertising on Facebook that they are a company through there promotion of tshirt sales support the planting of trees. They advertise outdoor tshir inspired shirts for sale and have been promoting them on facebook. I purchased two shirts online through their website and got an order confirmation and the money was taken out of my banking account. I have yet to hear from the ocmpany on the status of my shipment. They have since sent me several emails with offers of additional idscounts thanking me for my order. When I go to inquire on my order it sends me to the email address, I email and no response.

Now I am afraid I have given away my payment information since I purchased with a credit card.

This company is definetly a fraud. I even reached out to them on FB through messenger and no response.
