I recently had a vet bill due for $1070.00 and could not pay it in full. The vet facility that I went to in New Castle, Colorado, named All Dogs and Cats, they suggested I try the Carepoint option of trying to get help with getting the funds together. I went to the website they told me to visit, signed up for a loan for $1,100.00 from this Finacial company that popped up. This was Mountain Summit. I was approved for the loan rapidly and ended up paying the bill off. When I signed up for the loan, it asked how fast I wanted to pay it back (I chose 6 months at $226.93/month), so I started paying the monthly amount right away. By the time I checked a couple months later, it had been 9 months of paying TWICE monthly. I had already paid off the loan in full, plus paying all this extra $226.93 twice monthly. I read through all of the info on this loan, and the loan annual interest was 537.98%. By the time I would have been done paying on this loan, technically I would have paid them over $4,000.00.

They never wanted to answer my questions when I would call. I then come to find out this business is in a tribal law governed area in CA, even though California cannot charge of 10-20% on personal loans.

Please find them, and stop them. People are being ripped of their money hardcore from Mountain Summit Finacial without even knowing it.
