I ordered a few things back in august of this year, 2019 it’s now October 18. I’ve reached out to the company several times asking when I’ll receive my products with no response. Looked back on their website and it says 18 days at the very most. It also states no refunds untill you receive your products but no answer to when they’ll arrive, no answer period.
