They took my money and I didn't approve it it was $79 for some moving crap they didn't move me nowhere and I tried to call them email them and I got nothing back
Took my money

I was trying to do a change of address online about a month after I moved on the USPS website. Changersmove.com was the first entry that popped up and I mistakenly thought I clicked on the post office site. Their website looked just like the legitimate post office site and even said they would only charge me $1.10! I checked my bank account online, saw I was charged $79 and contacted my bank. After about a month back and forth with my bank and submitting screenshots to show it was a scam I was refunded my money! It made me very angry just thinking about all the people they’ve scammed. I recommend contacting your bank to have the charge reversed!
Scammed out of $79

I was trying to make a change of address at the United States post office for the amount of $1.10. Somehow my information was redirected to this company and I was charging $79.90. This was in December 2022.
I disputed the charge and was given a credit.now I’ve been recharged again March 2023. This company has never provided a service for me nor have I ever wanted use of any service from this company. I insist that I get my $79.90 back. This company is a scam company it uses deceit to gain funds. Who in their right mind would use a company that charges a $79.90 fee to change an address, when a change of address can be done for $1.10.

I was trying to do a change of address to the United States Postal Service, which cost $1.10 somehow or another. This website came up and at the end of the transaction unbeknownst to me my card was charged $79.90. This is a rip off they are sheet when trying to cancel the amount you cannot get through to any number knows who they respond to Internet anyway no information.

Was moving my 89 year old mother and unfortunately had been doing several address changes online. As the others have mentioned I thought I was on the USPS website I saw that there was $1.10 charge but did not scroll down far enough to see in the fine print that they also did a one time fee of 79.90. Shame on them from taking money from elderly people.

I lost 69.90 to this scam. I thought it was the United States postal service moving site that I was on which normally only charges $1 for a change of address. This is a horrible thing to do to people.

Total Money lost $60.00
Type of Scam: Online-Change of Address Request form.
This fake postal company preys on people who earnestly make a living for themselves. Crooks that rob others for a living. What a shame, in order to take care of business you have to deal with this fraudulent Crap. Please Beware the Logo is simular but not the same.

Charge me $59.95 to change my address

These people charged me 59 dollars to change our address and still haven't received mail here. I called them every day after this charge and finally 2 months later someone actually answered the phone. Of course put me on hold forever and then disconnected me. This company is a scam for sure.

This company leads you to believe their website is the USPS then charges your credit card 1.50 + 59.90 to change your address...which they never do. Biggest scam and it's disgusting a company would take advantage of people in this way.

Pretty sure the same thing happened to me as in the website acts as though it was USPS. I only wanted to complete a change of address and 59 dollars was taken outta my account. What do i do and who do i contact to have something done about this? Thanks in advance

This website was disguised as "USPS address change" and the normal fee for an address change is $1.05. and this website charged my debit card $60.00! Do not trust a site even if it looks like USPS.
