Contacted them to move my truck from Revelstoke to Port Hardy. They agreed to do it for $1200.00. They were paid, I was advised they have a truck coming thru from Calgary to Vancouver the next day. They will pick it up. Well, it's not that simple, there are forms that need filling out that apparently Automover didn't know about, so the trucker came and left with no truck. No call to me to explain the problem, so I could fix. This happened 3 times. If they had advised me I could have fixed in 15 minutes. So finally we arrange for driver to appear there on a certain day, the storage yard was ready, I was at the insurance office ready to send whatever they need. Truck doesn't show up. NO COMMUNICATION FROM MANAGER DAVE. NONE. I am looking for a real company now to get my truck home.
