These people are professional crooks, they know exactly what they’re doing. They underestimate and sound sincere and understanding in order to gain your trust and the large deposit they require before coming out. Once they arrive it will be double the price, and you are given the choice of letting them keep your money because according to them your contract began when they got your deposit and there is no refunds after they begin… or your stuck being unable to afford to call anyone else and let them keep working even tho it doubled in price, or you let them keep the money and call someone else who is still them but under another company name and ready to take another deposit from you. Once you let them start packing they will load the truck half way full with gaps between boxes and only half way to the top and they will charge you for more cubic feet then the trucks size even offers, especially wirh 3 foot empty spot in the back for the dolly they carry, but you will pay for the size they demand, and they will add packing and supplies when they did not pack or use supplies, and they will hand you the paperwork and ask you to sign it which is now 10x the initial amount quoted, with half your stuff still sitting there, and they offer no suggestions to how you will get that moved. And if you want your stuff off rhe truck you either sign it and that allows them to be able to deliver it and their insurance cover it, but if you don’t then they want more money then they original amount to unload it right there where they began wasting your whole day, and taking all your money. If you sign it, rhey will steal your stuff and sue you for the money

Worst moving company ever! They jacked up the cost the day of the move after almost everything had been loaded. Staff was unprofessional and will you give you the runaround at every possible turn. It took 3 months and 3 deliveries to receive most of my items but still missing some and to top it off they damaged almost everything and then denied claim. Do not use this company, it is a major rip off!

The experience with Pac Coast Moving was a nightmare that I have not gotten completely over yet. Yes, they used a rental truck and boosted my costs from the original $9000.00 to $19000.00. They were 11 days late delivering my items to Texas, and brought with them mouse droppings in my linens.
Different team delivered my items and they were guys that the driver picked up off a street corner. Very clumsy and rough. Had the nerve to ask me for a tip before they were finished.
Don’t use this company.

This company talked me into a move by making it sound affordable and easy. They showed up on April 29 with a moving truck that was rented from Enterprise and took my things. My first date of arrival in Minot, North Dakota was May 7, 2020 and they had 30 business days to deliver my things. It is now July 21, 2020 and I do not have my stuff and this business does not respond to my calls and the text update person (Whitney Wade - probably a fake name) does not give me any information about why my move isn't coming and what is going on.

I have reached out to many resources in the attempt to get my things back and so far I have had no luck. These typs of businesses should not exist and these kinds of people should be put in jail. The moving company is called Pacific Coast Moving and Storage. Its registration numbers are DOT 3219046 & MC 1063051 and its address is 1800 Century Park E STE 600, Los Angeles, CA 90067.

They are a scam and criminals. To rip me off with all that is going on with COVID and the world right now is disgusting.
