A scammer told me that the shipping cost for two cars from Diamond Bar, California, to Chicago was $1,800. Before the cars arrived, he attempted to charge me an additional $500. I refused, stating that I would pay the remaining balance of $1,400 once the cars were delivered. When the cars finally arrived, he tried to charge me an extra $2,000 and threatened to repossess the vehicles.
