I ordered some fake plants online, based on the advertising and abundant positive feedback. What I received was absolutely not what was advertised. I tried numerous times to return the product for a refund, but I was told, “the product was still very nice even if it didn’t match the online description.” Although I later realized that the company is based in China, my order was supposedly shipped from a woman named Sarah in Glendale Heights, Illinois. I still have all of the original packaging. I tried to get a refund through my bank, and through PayPal, but they told me that I was out of luck.
