No package was delivered. After a day of trying to get in touch with anyone at Mozvur or the logistics company I was able to get an email that worked ([email protected]) and I told them that the package had not arrived. At first they said, "The package was delivered to your address, check with neighbors or your post office". I did this. The post office had no knowledge of the package and said the tracking number I had from the logistics company did not fit into their system. I emailed the company back and asked them to tell me what company was used for final delivery once the package came into the US (FedEX,UPS etc). They did not tell me this and just said to keep on looking, that the package had been delivered.
2 days later, after daily emails to them, they said that they had delivered the wrong package and what I should have received was a pair of sunglasses, and once I returned the sunglasses, they would send the correct package to me. I told them that I never received any package, but since they had admitted fault, they should resend the golf club I had originally ordered. They refused to do this because they first had to recoup the money they had "lost" by sending the wrong package to me (that I have never received).
After more back and forth emails (they refuse to give a phone number to me) they offered a 10% refund, and after I refused, they have now offered a 30% refund.
I am sure now that I will never see my money or my golf club again, but I still see the advertisements for numerous such offers on Facebook, and wanted to report them.
The advertisement I responded to was from a golf store that claimed they were going out of business and were discounting last year's model golf clubs. The store was supposed to be in Arizona. I have been looking through the comments of similar advertisements on facebook, and the comments are all from the same "people" on multiple advertisements.
When it became clear I was being scammed, I went on Mozvur.com and they appear to be an apparel company based out of London and tayeisy.com appears to be an apparel company based out of China.........I hope this helps. The advertisement looked very authentic and the payment page looked very similar to other legitimate companies that I have used. Their was nothing to make me think this was all a scam company.
I have a series of emails with the companies. If you would like me to forward them to you for investigative purposes, please let me know.
