I received a blue postcard from MP Service Center requesting I contact them, ASAP, at their phone number (800) 955-0061 regarding a recently closed mortgage. There is no information on this card as to who they are or why this matter is urgent. A quick internet search for "MP Service Center" tells me this is a scam operation.

Received notification about closing a mortgage loan and was sent a post card telling me I had to reach out to them by 3/25/26 as this was time sensitive and to all 888-315-3515. Another number to call for additional assistance was 888-778-5764.

Continuously mailing these cards stating the need to speak to me concerning a mortgage closing with a company. stated that " We are trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance concerning your mortgage with ###### ## LLC....This is time sensitive so please call us at (888) 315-3315. It also has a Mortgage ID# ***-***-***
