Be careful. They took payment for a bike they did not have in stock. Worse still, they do not respond to emails. Having made the payment, all went quiet. I then repeatedly asked if they could confirm if they actually had the bike or not. No response. Finally, after a week I get an automatic email saying payment has been refunded. No apology. Ruined my kids birthday. Cowboy operation. www.mrbikeshop.com

I ordered and payed a new bike in this shop (400 dollar) but never received it. I have contacted them many times and they told we to wayt. As soon as it was not possible anymore to refund using my Credit card, they blocked all possible ways to contact them. I never got my bike or my money back.

I did investigate this shop and it seems they scam people the same way every day.

I live in Belgium, so there was no way for me to go to the shop.
